Dr. Shiny Stephen is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, specializing in Geriatrics and Adult General Medicine. She completed her training working across multiple hospitals in Victoria including Eastern Health, Monash Health, and The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
She is skilled in the diagnosis and management of dementia, recurrent falls, and incontinence. She offers comprehensive geriatric assessment, complex chronic disease management, medication review, and advanced care planning. She also provides great medical care for those in residential care settings.
Dr. Stephen is passionate about the care of older adults, emphasizing value, dignity, and respect at all stages of life. She is sensitive to cultural needs and believes in the importance of working alongside families and significant others, when in keeping with patient wishes.
She is currently also working part-time as Consultant General Medicine Physician at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.
Shiny consults at our Frankston rooms, and at Residential Aged Care Facilities around Mornington Peninsula area.
